Do I have to do all four steps?
No. Each step stands on its own. The free call gives you one concrete next step, and the plan from a Mapping is yours to keep whether or not you hire me to build it.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing before the Discovery call. For a Mapping, be ready to walk me through a normal week. For a build, you bring a decision on the quote and a person on your team who will use the result.
Do I need to change the tools I use?
Tools that still do their job stay. The ones that only existed for the old process go.
How long does each step take?
How long each step takes depends on your business, so I give you the order and not a promise of dates. You decide at every step.
Who does the work?
I do the work myself. I run the sessions and build what is in the plan.
What happens when the build is done?
By the end of a Calibration your team already runs what we built, and you keep all of it. Keep me on to calibrate more, month to month.
