It starts with the Discovery call, a 45-minute conversation about your week. I look at where the hours go and tell you straight which part AI can help with. If it is not worth your time, I say so.
If there is work to do, the Mapping is the planning step: a working session on your real week and a ranked plan across marketing, technology and operations. If a fix is worth building, the Calibration builds it, and the steps and tools that don't earn their keep go. With Acceleration your team already runs what we built, and you can keep me on to calibrate more.
